JaNean's unique perspective, fueled by her ultimate goal to educate, equip, and empower others toward extraordinary finances, is a driving force behind her work. She published her first book and accompanying workbook, “The Nine Fruits of Finance,” a practical guide to obtaining and managing wealth. Her passion for entrepreneurs led her to publish "Entrepreneurs of Excellence," a practical guide to a prosperous business, and her first children’s book, “Does Money Really Grow on Trees?” She continues to share her insights through her most recent publication, UnBalanced Bonds; Navigation Love & Money when Things Tilt.
JaNean is often sought after by various groups and organizations for her stellar leadership and service. Her tireless efforts have awarded her the following awards, accolades, and positions: Top Local Banker, Smart CEO Magazine of Baltimore; Maryland’s Top 100 Businesswomen, The Daily Record; Girl Scouts of Central Maryland Organization Board of Directors; The Women-Led Business award, The Associated Black Charities; The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Baltimore Metropolitan Chapter and given her impact and influence, The Synergy Group, honored JaNean for her Kingdom Financial Advocacy.
To some, she is a teacher, a mentor, and a coach; to others, an advocate and a friend. To all, she is a tangible resource and a valuable asset who is not afraid to define success by her standards. Despite her many achievements and divine calling, JaNean finds her greatest joy and fulfillment in her personal life. She is a devoted wife to Michael, her best friend, business partner, and spiritual companion. Together, they serve as pastors of the Living in Faith Together Fellowship in Simpsonville, SC. JaNean also cherishes her role as the loving and supportive mother of her three sons—Devin, Delroy, and DeVone—whom she considers her greatest accomplishments. With a servant's heart, she strives to align her career and life with God's purpose, always guided by faith.

With over thirty years of financial banking experience, JaNean Stubbs-Taylor is a dynamic force to be reckoned with and admired by colleagues and clients alike. Known for her unrelenting tenacity, unapologetic integrity, and irrefutable consistency, JaNean thrives as a breath of fresh air in the world of finance.
A Maryland native, JaNean holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master’s of Science in Strategic Finance. She is pursuing a dual degree: a Master of Arts in Clinical Christian Counseling and a Doctor of Christian Counseling and Psychology. She is also accredited as a Certified Financial Education Instructor.
A visionary and entrepreneur in her own right, she is the proud Founder and CEO of Fruits of Finance, the Managing Member of III-Fold Transport, LLC, the Founder of “The Kingdom Vision Team,” and the owner of “Mentor Me”, a program designed to assist businesswomen in experiencing entrepreneurial growth and success. She is also the owner of the “Wear What You Declare” financial apparel line.
